Getting Started
E-scrap (electronic scrap) refers to discarded electronics like computers, servers, and networking equipment. Yes, your old computer is likely worth something! Electronic components contain precious metals including gold, silver, copper, and other valuable materials. CPUs, RAM, circuit boards, and power supplies are especially valuable. Even older or damaged equipment has material value that makes recycling worthwhile.
We accept a wide range of electronic materials including:
- Circuit boards
- CPUs (processors)
- RAM (memory)
- Hard drives
- Power supplies
- Cables and connectors
- Full computers and laptops
- Servers
- Networking equipment
If you're unsure whether we accept something, feel free to contact us for confirmation.
There is no minimum amount required, so you can send as little as you'd like. However, shipping becomes more cost-effective at 10 pounds or more. If you're sending 20 pounds or more, we provide free prepaid shipping labels, which makes it even easier and more economical to recycle your materials.
We provide several ways to determine the grade of your materials:
- AI Grader Tool: Use our AI-powered grading tool to analyze photos of your materials and get an instant grade assessment.
- Pricing Page: Check our pricing page for reference photos showing examples of each grade level, which you can compare with your own materials.
- Expert Review: Submit photos for our team to review and provide grading feedback.

- Use a sturdy box appropriate for the weight
- Add newspaper, bubble wrap, or padding around items

Safety & Environment
Yes, it's completely safe to ship electronics to us. We handle all the details and are experienced in receiving e-scrap. The main thing to remember is to remove any batteries before shipping, as these are considered hazardous materials by shipping carriers. Other than that, just pack your materials securely and we'll take care of the rest.
We're committed to responsible recycling:
- Precious metals: Gold, silver, and other precious metals are extracted and recovered for reuse
- Base metals: Copper, aluminum, and other base metals are recycled into new products
- Zero landfill: Nothing goes to landfill—every component is processed responsibly
Your e-scrap becomes a resource for new electronics and manufacturing, completing the circular economy.
We're actively working toward industry certifications including R2 (Responsible Recycling) and e-Stewards certification. These certifications ensure that we meet the highest standards for responsible electronics recycling and environmental protection. We're committed to transparency and sustainability in everything we do.
