Preparation Tips

- 2 Remove batteries — Lithium batteries cannot be shipped and must be removed from all devices

How to Pack
Proper packing ensures your materials arrive in excellent condition.
Step 1 Choose Your Box
Use a sturdy double-walled cardboard box. Standard shipping boxes work well for most shipments. Avoid flimsy or previously damaged boxes.
Step 2 Wrap Fragile Items
Wrap CPUs and other delicate components separately in anti-static bags or bubble wrap. This prevents damage and electrostatic discharge.
Step 3 Fill Empty Space
Use newspaper, packing paper, or bubble wrap to fill all empty spaces inside the box. This prevents items from shifting during transit.
Step 4 Mind the Weight
Keep boxes under 50 lbs for easy handling. If heavier, consider splitting into multiple shipments or using freight service.
Step 5 Seal Securely
Use strong packing tape to seal all seams on the top and bottom of the box. Reinforce the center seam for extra security.
Step 6 Label Clearly
Affix the shipping label to the top of the box. Ensure your return address is also clearly visible on the box.
